What You’ll Do
- Run the daily operations of your branch across personal loans, auto financing, and consumer goods loans
- Approve deals, monitor performance, and ensure reporting is accurate and timely
- Lead, coach, and develop your team members to grow in skill and confidence
- Oversee collections and reduce delinquencies with a firm-but-fair approach
- Maintain a high-performance, service-first culture inside your branch
- Own your branch’s growth and success—no micromanaging, no red tape

Requirements
- Proven experience in consumer finance or subprime lending
- Leadership experience in a branch, store, or field office environment
- Monday–Friday availability, with occasional Saturday approvals or in-office collections
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Walk customers through loan processes or account questions
- Process payments, paperwork, and data updates

- Communicate clearly with branch staff and internal teams to keep everything aligned
