Q: How can I apply for a loan?
A: Making your loan request is easy at Atlantic Financial Services. There are several options. You can contact 1 of our 6 locations by phone, apply in person, or apply online at a time that is convenient for you. In less than 5 minutes, we will have all the information we need to process your application and get you an answer in less than 1 hour. If you apply after hours or on the weekend, your application will be processed immediately the next business day.
Q: How long does it take to process my loan application?
A: We can complete your application in less than 5 minutes and get you an answer within the hour.
Q: Once my loan is approved, how long does it take to get my check?
A: In most cases, you will sign your loan documents and receive your money the same day. Otherwise, you can sign your loan documents and receive your money the next business day.
Q: Can I sign my loan papers online?
A: No. All our loan closings are done at your servicing branch location.
Q: What items do I need to bring to my loan closing?
A: You will need to bring your most-recent pay stub and identification. In addition, you will need to provide us with the names and phone numbers of five alternate contacts. In some cases, we may request a copy of your lease agreement and your most-recent cell or home phone bill.
Q: How long does the loan closing take?
A: We understand that your time is valuable. Therefore, we try to get the paperwork completed and hand you a check in 30 minutes or less. However we will give you as much time as needed, because we want to make sure all your questions are answered and you fully understand the terms of your new loan.
Q: If I apply online, when will I know if my loan is approved?
A: Online applications are processed just as quickly as applications submitted in person or by phone – in one hour or less. Please keep in mind that your loan request will only be processed during normal business hours. If you apply after hours or on the weekend, your application will be processed immediately the next business day.
